About Virtual Ease VA
Hi, I’m Sharna – founder of Virtual Ease VA. After 14 years in advertising, I discovered my superpower wasn’t just creativity, but a genuine love for the admin and business tasks everyone else avoided. What started as a leap into the unknown (and a new franchise during lockdown!) quickly became my passion: helping business owners reclaim their time and grow.
From answering phones and managing diaries to running telemarketing campaigns, I thrive on taking care of the details so you can focus on what you do best. When my original franchise closed, I didn’t give up—I rebranded and built Virtual Ease VA from the ground up, supporting tradesmen, estate agents, and small businesses across Suffolk and beyond.
Today, I’m growing a team of like-minded VAs, all dedicated to making business life easier for our clients. For me, it’s not just about admin—it’s about giving you back your time and peace of mind.
